Buckle up because it is about to get crazy!

We officially have a contract on our house and have a lease for an apartment in Casper.

I can only offer praise to God. This whole process was amazing. We put our house on the market, we showed it for 3 days and then had 7 offers made! Multiple over asking. Praise God Hallelujah!

We give a huge thank you to our real estate agent Joe Meadows. This process has been so smooth, and he has been so understanding of our needs while selling the house. He has taken a lot of worry and stress off our plate while we continue to prepare for the move to Wyoming.

Our biggest prayer when selling the house was that it would sell for enough to have a down payment for a house in Pinedale. We aren’t planning to buy a house for another year, and we will be moving into a market that is decidedly more expensive than where we are now. We were trusting God to use the sale of our house to set us up for living in Pinedale.

God has got something planned because we sold our house $15,000 over asking price. It is amazing to watch God set us up for a place in Pinedale a year before we ever move there. I can’t wait to watch what God is going to do and how all of this is going to unfold, and the amazing God story that we will get to tell at the end of all this.  

We are looking at a closing date of May 18^th. Kent will have the U-Haul Packed and on May 19^th plans to head West. He should arrive in Casper late Saturday May 20^th.

I will be flying out of ATL with the kids on May 23^rd and Kent will pick us up at the airport in Denver and we will all drive into Wyoming as a Family. Stay alert for pictures!

 We are closing in on our goal of asking 50 partners to be long term supporters as we begin this new ministry in Wyoming. We have had about 40 people say yes! And we will continue to ask people to join us until we move.

We are so grateful to our partners. It is exciting to talk with them about growing God’s Kingdom. Words cannot express how humbling it is to have people constantly praying for us and supporting us financially, and ready to come out and do ministry with us.

We still have a lot of work to do to actually get to Wyoming. So please continue to pray. God has been faithful up to this point and we believe that he will continue to be faithful through and beyond.
